crust:
20 mint oreos (crushed)
3 Tbsp butter
Cheesecake:
5 pkgs cream cheese
1 C. sugar
3 Tbsp 1:4 hemp flour:flour mixture
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp mint extract
1 C. sour cream
4 eggs
*.5-1 gram hash oil (alcohol extracted)
*medical marijuana patients only (just saying)
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed oreos. Refrigerate.
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. Set one package aside and use this to mix the hash oil by warming the cream cheese and then mixing in the oil (*do not microwave the hash oil). Mix in the hash cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, mint, and sour cream. Then add the eggs one at a time.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes. Let cool overnight, or at lease four hours.
