2 jars of your favorite tomato sauce
12 oz. shredded cheese (mozzarella and parmesan)
2 eggs
32 oz. ricotta cheese
2 cups of chopped spinach
12 oz box of shells


pinch of sea salt
one package of spicy sausages
Boil shells and cook sausage in a pan. Warm sauce in a separate pan. When sauce is warm, take a small amount out and add hash oil. Reintroduce the hash oil sauce into the rest of the tomato sauce and let simmer.
Mix eggs, ricotta, chopped spinach and cheeses together well. Wehn shells are cooked al dente, remove from water and stuff with ricotta mix. Put small amount of sauce on the bottom of the pan and place stuffed shells in pan. Cover completely with remaining sauce. Cook at 350 degrees F for 45 mintues.
Cook sausage with shells if you choose.
